Lead | $1 1893 PCGS PR67+ DCAM CAC |
Description |
This superb gem 1893 Proof Morgan is a mind blowing masterpiece! Ultra deep, watery mirrors are crystal clear, ultra clean, and have incredible reflectivity. A very faint shade of gold can be detected by the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have razor sharp strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 3, NGC 5, CAC 3. Only 792 were minted and this is the only PR67+DCAM graded by either PCGS or NGC. PCGS has graded one PR68DCAM, but it’s locked up in major collection, and the last regular PR67DCAM to sell at auction brought $39,656.00 (Heritage 11/13). The current Collectors Universe value is $47,500.00 for a PR67+DCAM. Someone will own a stunning Proof Morgan after all is said and done!
This coin is being sold with no reserve.
