Description |
What a great coin to start off one of the all time greatest Morgan Dollar sets ever assembled! Not only does it have the ultimate quality, but exhibits off the charts color as well!
Mesmerizing surfaces offer few contact marks and only minute distractions. A monster luster makes the lightly semi-prooflike mirrors blaze, while both sides are bathed in luscious shades of rose/olive/blue/violet/pale gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal ranks as what can be considered the "best of the best" for an 8TF. Once you see this magnificent specimen, you won’t forget it!
PCGS 2, NGC 0, CAC 2. The last time this coin appeared at auction was back in 2007 when it brought $46,000.00 (4/07). We expect it to bring significantly more now that market has proven that the rarity and eye appeal are incomparable!
This coin is being sold with no reserve.
